nPosition Highlights
nnnWe are looking for Full-Time or Part Time Physicians to join our team
n
nnQuality vs. Quantity Model - Typically see around 18 - 20 patients per day
n
nnScheduled weekly administrative time, ~40 mins baked into each day
n
nn40 min new pt visits, 20 min follow up pt visits
n
nnCollaborate with a multi-disciplinary team of health care providers
n
nnDedicated support staff, so clinicians can focus on practicing at full scope of license
n
nnThis position does not require call or urgent care shifts, outpatient only
n
nnUrgent care shifts are optional for additional pay, not required
n
nnOffice hours: Monday thru Friday; 8 AM - 5 PM, no nights or weekends

n nRequired Qualifications
nnnDoctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathic (D.O.), or M.B.B.S
n
nnBoard certification or eligibility in Family or Internal Medicine
n
nnActive, unrestricted medical license in CA or the ability to obtain prior to employment
n
nnValid DEA license or the ability to obtain prior to employment
n
n nPreferred Qualifications
nnn1+ years experience in managed care setting preferred
n
nnBilingual Spanish preferred
n

n nCalifornia Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $237,361 to $331,688. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
