nCenterWell Primary Care, a subsidiary of Humana Inc., is looking for a primary care physician for our clinic in Orlando, FL.
nAs a Primary Care Physician, you will report to the Associate Medical director. You will be onsite at the Solder City clinic.
nA day in the life of a CenerWell physician
nnnMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
n
nnSee an average of 15 patients per day
n
nnLonger authorized appointments (45 minutes)
n
nnYou will be on-site
n
n nRequired Qualifications
nnnDoctor of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine
n
nnBoard certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
n
nnValid, unrestricted license in the state of Florida (or eligible to obtain one)
n
nnCurrent, unrestricted DEA license
n
nnScreened for TB
n
nnMinimum of two+ years of experience in senior value base care
n
nn1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patients
n
nnAssociate who speaks with a member in a language other than English must take a language proficiency assessment, provided by an outside vendor, to ensure competency. Applicants will be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government. #LI-FM1

nThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
n$255,000 - $298,500 per year
nThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
