Job description
Outer Cape Health Services seeks a Board-certified or eligible Primary Care Physician to join our patient-centered team serving Cape Cod communities. You will provide comprehensive and continuous care across health centers and affiliated facilities, refer to specialists as needed, and contribute to preventive medicine and health promotion.
