Job description
Role:
Primary Care Physician providing comprehensive outpatient care for adult and pediatric patients.
Responsibilities
Perform routine exams and manage chronic and acute conditions.
Coordinate specialty referrals and promote preventive care and patient education.
Collaborate with nurses, specialists, and support staff in a team-based environment.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and utilize EMR for documentation.
Participate in teaching and community health activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong clinical skills in primary care with experience in outpatient settings.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
