Job description
Millennium Physician Group is seeking a compassionate Primary Care Physician for our Winter Haven, Florida location. This full-time role focuses on preventive care, chronic disease management, and building long-term patient relationships within a value-based care model.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to seniors and families, supported by modern EMR tools and dedicated clinical staff. Florida license and BLS are required.
