\ NWe are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice serving a diverse patient population from birth through geriatrics. This is a stable, collaborative group with strong clinical infrastructure and an excellent compensation model.
\ NCurrent team includes 3 Primary Care Physicians and 5 NP/PAs, creating a supportive, team-based environment with strong APP collaboration.
\ NSchedule
Full-time, in-person
\ N 4x10-hour days preferred (5x8-hour option available)
\ N Target minimum: 22 patients per 10-hour day
\ N No assigned on-call responsibilities
\ NPractice Environment
Outpatient-only setting
\ N Strong nurse triage and telephone support
\ N APP-supported pediatric coverage
\ N Collaborative team culture
\ N Established patient base
\ NInternal Medicine and Pediatrics-trained candidates are encouraged to apply. Pediatric visits are supported by Advanced Practice Providers when needed.
\ NKey Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care across the lifespan
\ N Manage acute, chronic, and preventive care needs
\ N Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, and care teams
\ N Maintain timely and accurate EHR documentation
\ N Deliver culturally competent, patient-centered care
\ NQualifications
MDor DO
\ N Completion of accredited Family Medicine or Internal Medicine residency
\ N Board Eligible or Board Certified
\ N Active California license or ability to obtain
\ N New graduates welcome
Compensation & Benefits
\ NStarting salary $350,000+(negotiable based on experience)
\ N Total compensation potential $350,000–$400,000
\ N Sign-on bonus (negotiable)

CME stipend ($1,500–$2,000 annually)
