Seeking an Internal Medicine or Adult Family Medicine Physician for a 100% outpatient primary care role in a mission-driven healthcare system. The position offers a 4-day clinical week with low-intensity phone call duties . Candidates must have completed an Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics residency , with both MD and DO candidates accepted.
Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care services, contributing to quality improvement, and working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
