Job description
Physicians Alliance of Connecticut (PACT, LLC) seeks a Board-certified or eligible Physician to join the Primary Care West Haven office. The role is full-time and on-site in West Haven, CT, focusing on comprehensive patient care and coordination within a multi-specialty group.
You will provide medical services under indirect supervision, manage patient populations, and participate in quality improvement and population health activities. Connecticut licensure and DEA required.
