Primary Care Physician | Wichita, KS
We’re looking for an outstanding Primary Care Physician to join a mission-driven healthcare organization serving the Wichita community.
This is an opportunity for a physician who wants to practice comprehensive medicine in an environment where patient care, collaboration and improving health outcomes truly matter.
You’ll care for a diverse patient population across a broad range of acute and chronic conditions while working alongside an experienced, collaborative clinical team.

Practice comprehensive, patient-centered primary care the way it should be practiced – with an emphasis on thoughtful, high-quality treatment and patient outcomes rather than simply the number of patients seen per hour.
Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients
Manage both acute and chronic conditions with an emphasis on prevention
Work collaboratively with physicians, APPs, behavioral health professionals and other members of the care team
Participate in quality improvement initiatives that directly impact patient outcomes
Help educate and mentor students, residents and other healthcare professionals
Serve a diverse population and make a tangible impact in the Wichita community
We’re looking for an MD or DO who is Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine and brings strong clinical skills, compassion, adaptability and a team-oriented approach.
Community Health Center or FQHC experience is helpful, but not required. More important is a genuine desire to provide excellent care and serve patients who need it.
