Willimantic (also referred to as Windham) offers physicians the opportunity to practice in a vibrant, close-knit community rich in New England charm and cultural diversity. Located in northeastern Connecticut, the area provides easy access to Hartford, Providence, and Boston while maintaining a relaxed lifestyle with affordable housing, excellent schools, outdoor recreation, and a thriving arts and dining scene. Primary Care Position Details:
Role: Primary Care Physician (18+)
Location: Windham, CT
Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
Offerings: Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support , Sign-on, Residency Stipend, Relocation
Work authorization: H1B cap-exempt organization, J-1 waiver eligible 2028
