Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare's innovative and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is prioritized-and enhanced by Ambient AI and electronic scribe technology which streamlines clinical documentation, reduces administrative burden, and empowers physicians to focus more fully on meaningful patient interactions-supporting both exceptional care and provider well-being.
Join an established and growing primary care practice with a special focus on women's health, providing comprehensive, patient-centered primary care. This unique opportunity allows physicians to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while addressing their preventive, acute, and chronic healthcare needs. Located in the charming shoreline community of Niantic, Connecticut, the practice offers the perfect blend of coastal New England living, a vibrant downtown, locally owned restaurants and shops, beautiful beaches, and easy access to both Hartford and Boston.
Primary Care Position Details:
Role : Primary Care Physician (focus on women's health, 18+)
Location : Niantic, CT - a picturesque coastal town known for its beaches, vibrant village center, and welcoming community atmosphere
Setting : 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care for women
Schedule : Full-time, weekdays
Teaching : Optional with faculty appointment
Phone Call Only : averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
Offerings : Guaranteed base, Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on, Resident Stipend, Relocation
Salary Range : $265,000 - $345,000 annual base
Work authorization : H1B cap-exempt organization

Requirements
Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
Interest or training in Women's Health Primary Care
