Job description
Beth Israel Lahey Health Primary Care, Inc. is seeking a Primary Care Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a high-volume, multi-provider clinic.
You will collaborate with Directors and leaders to deliver outstanding patient care, coach staff, and drive performance through feedback and evaluations. The role emphasizes process improvement, staffing management, budgeting, payroll, and ensuring adherence to policies and patient safety standards within the practice.
