Job description
St. Charles Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse - Primary Care to deliver patient and family-centered care as a member of a primary care team. The nurse will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document nursing care following organizational policies and professional standards.
This role may provide direct nursing care to primary care patients at one or more SCHS Primary Care clinics in Oregon, contributing to high-quality patient experiences and outcomes.
