Crovetti Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine , in partnership with Intermountain Healthcare , is a very active and innovative Arthroplasty and Sports Medicine practice with clinics both in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada, including two Surgery Centers and two overnight Surgical Recovery Suites facilities. Seeking a board certified or eligible, fellowship trained primary care sports medicine specialist to join this expanding team of orthopedic surgeons and sports medicine specialists. The practice also offers relocation expenses.
