Job description
Northwestern Medicine invites applications for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to support our outpatient Primary Care team in Chicago. The APP will handle inbox messages, convert to Telehealth as appropriate, and see about 10 patients daily via Telehealth. Training is 2–3 months in-clinic, then a telehealth focus with a 90% telehealth fill rate.
Onsite visits required quarterly. Schedule: M-F, days.
