Job description
CareMed Health Solutions is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary and preventive care in long-term care facilities. You will manage acute changes, participate in advanced care planning, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident wellbeing.
Responsibilities include prescribing medications in line with Ohio laws, ordering tests, and collaborating with primary care physicians. Ohio licensure and board certification are required.
