Job description
BMO Financial Group is building an enterprise AI platform. We seek hands‑on Principal/Senior engineers to own core infrastructure that governs how AI runs at scale across AWS and Azure. You’ll operate and harden the platform, ensuring latency budgets, observability, and regulatory evidence in a build‑and‑run model.
You will lead gateway, policy, identity, and registry components, mentoring teammates while delivering enterprise‑grade capabilities with strong security and compliance focus.
