Job description
BMO is seeking a Principal Engineer to own enterprise AI platform capabilities end to end, spanning the AI gateway, policy engine, identity fabric, and observability. You will operate production infrastructure across AWS and Azure, delivering governance, guardrails, and runtime evidence required for regulatory review.
You will mentor peers, design scalable platform services, and collaborate with AI security and SDLC teams to raise engineering standards in a regulated banking environment.
