Job description
Amazon is seeking a Principal Applied Scientist for the Kiro team in Santa Clara to advance agentic reinforcement learning for code intelligence. You will collaborate with world-class researchers to create scalable training recipes and deploy AI-enabled coding assistants used by developers globally.
Applicants should have a PhD or equivalent, 10+ years in CS/ML, and extensive experience with large-scale training, C++/Python, and publications.
