Overview
Full-time role located in Austin, TX with Dynatrace specialization.
Responsibilities
Own end to end Major/critical Incidents and drive its resolution over call/bridge along with SME, Vendors and customer to quickly restore the service.
Participate in incidents management meetings, handle crisp customer communication over email/call, and update status to customer leadership team.
Connect and manage the client relationship and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications
Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 11 years of experience in IT Security
Preferred
At least 9 years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise architecture
Should have knowledge on various Application dynamics product.
At least 7 years of experience working with Dynatrace, Nagios, Splunk tools.
Should be excellent communication skills, presentation skills, stakeholder management skills.
Ownership of end-to-end incident resolution and ability to drive issues to resolution with SME, Vendors and customer.
Ability to participate in incident management meetings and provide clear updates to customer leadership teams.
Financial domain knowledge.
Exceptional communication capabilities, giving presentations, and speaking publicly. Must be approachable, a team player, and eager to learn in a dynamic technology-focused environment. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with project management.
Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
Ability to connect and manage clients.
