Serve as a coach in business development and project management to Assistant PMs and PMs.

Represent HMMH in the professional community through presentations, publications, technical committees, and recognised industry forums.

Contribute to internal training, corporate initiatives, and strategic planning to advance the aviation noise practice.

Other duties as assigned.

Recognised expertise in FAA noise policies, regulations, and modelling procedures.

Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach project managers and technical staff.

Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and expanding market presence.
