In 2026, we're opening a brand-new office in Houston, and we're looking for a select few recruiters to join our founding team.

Join our founding team
This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity. As one of the first people through the door, you'll help build our Houston presence from the start: shaping the client base, the culture and the direction of the office. The earliest joiners in a new office are the ones who grow with it, and that's the opportunity here.
You won't be starting from scratch, though. You'll have the brand, infrastructure, client relationships and leadership of an established international group behind you from day one.

Cybersecurity and Infrastructure
Advanced tech roles at the intersection of AI and industry
You'll also have the scope to build across the wider technology landscape, rather than being confined to one lane, and to work alongside our established US teams to open doors nationally.
What you'll be doing
Owning and growing your market, with full 360 responsibility
Winning new clients and building relationships across the Houston and wider US tech landscape
Headhunting and engaging high-calibre technical talent in competitive, specialist areas
Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on talent availability, compensation and market trends
Helping shape the culture, ways of working and growth of our Houston office
Building a long-term, sustainable desk rather than chasing quick wins
