Job description
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Principal Consultant to lead complex projects, drive business transformation, and deliver exceptional value to our clients. The ideal candidate will bring a decade of expertise in consulting, strategic planning, and stakeholder management to our Houston office.
What You'll Do:
Lead high-impact consulting engagements for diverse clients
Develop innovative strategies to solve complex business challenges
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Drive project delivery from inception to completion
Mentor junior consultants and share industry best practices
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting or related fields
Proven leadership and client management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
