Job description
Amazon is seeking a Principal Data Scientist for Core Shopping Data Science in Palo Alto, CA. You will own the analytical rigor behind store quality metrics end-to-end, define experiments, and ensure LLM judgments align with business definitions across relevance, presentation, product quality, and duplicates.
You will build repeatable tooling, walk-the-store bots, and feedback loops to connect customer signals to metrics. Strong leadership and production Python/SQL skills are required.
