Job description

Block, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Principal Designer to join the Cash App Banking team. This hands-on role drives high-stakes, zero-to-one ideas from thesis to shipped experience and raises the craft standard across banking surfaces.

You will own ambiguous banking initiatives end to end, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Risk, Compliance and Research while shaping long-term design strategy and extending Cash App systems. Remote options available.
