Job description
Karma Automotive in Irvine, California is seeking a Principal Engineer for Embedded Systems & Security to lead the architecture bridging vehicle ECUs with cloud and edge computing. You will drive cybersecurity, safety, and software architecture across the full stack from embedded controllers to cloud services.
The role requires 10+ years in automotive software, deep knowledge of ISO 26262 and ISO 21434, and hands-on experience with C/C++, cloud-native microservices, Kubernetes, and DevOps
