Role: Principal Engineer (Quant)
Location: NYC, NY - ONSITE
Employment: FULL-TIME ONLY
Experience: 15+ Years REQUIRED
Visa: INDEPENDENT VISA ONLY
QUANT EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!
Must-have Skills
15+ years of overall IT/Engineering experience
Strong hands-on experience building AI Agents / Agentic AI Systems in production
Deep expertise in LLM Application Architecture, RAG, MCP, APIs & Tool Integration
Multi-Agent Orchestration, Autonomous Planning & Reasoning
Persistent Memory, Workflow Execution & Agent Evaluation
LLM Ops, Observability & Guardrails
Strong Python & SQL skills
Experience designing robust & scalable systems
Technically complex Quantitative Use Cases MUST HAVE
Experience in Financial Services / Quantitative Investing / Markets / Trading
Strong experience with Docker & Git
Ideal Profile
Senior/Principal-level AI Engineer with deep quantitative + financial domain experience and strong hands-on expertise in Agentic AI / LLM systems .
Active PMP Certification
