Job description
KIPP Kansas City Public Schools seeks a Principal Fellow to advance instructional excellence and school culture while shadowing a mentor principal. The role focuses on leadership development, program implementation, and data-driven decisions to support a high-performing K-12 school.
The Fellow will work with instructional coaches, deans of culture, and teachers to lead initiatives, develop talent, and expand opportunities for student success.
