Helping customers observe and accelerate their workloads on Arm-based systems

Evangelizing the product with customer engineering teams, architecture teams and technical decision makers

Translating customer feedback and requirements into clear input for product and engineering teams

Investigating technical issues in customer environments, identifying root causes and proposing practical solutions

Working with engineering teams to improve product usability, performance, documentation and customer readiness

Creating technical collateral, examples, guides and demos to support customer adoption

Developing a strong understanding of customer workloads, system behaviour and performance characteristics

Taking ownership of customer technical outcomes to ensure successful product adoption in key accounts

Required Skills and Experience :

Experience running, deploying or supporting workloads on cloud-based systems

Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes, containers, virtual machines, networking and storage concepts

Strong technical problem-solving skills, with the ability to reason from first principles and learn new systems quickly

Ability to work directly with customers in a technical capacity, including discovery, demos, troubleshooting and solution design

Comfortable operating in ambiguous customer environments where requirements may be incomplete or evolving

Ability to translate customer needs into practical technical recommendations

Strong ownership mindset and desire to drive customer success

Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with engineering, product and commercial teams

Motivation, adaptability and a willingness to take on new technical challenges

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly

Development experience in at least one programming or scripting language, such as Python, Go, Java, C++, Rust or similar

Practical experience using Linux command-line tools and debugging technical issues in complex systems

“Nice To Have” Skills and Experience :

Previous experience as a Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, Sales Engineer, Customer Engineer or similar customer-facing technical role

Experience with systems performance analysis, benchmarking, profiling or optimisation

Understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, storage or compute performance tradeoffs

Experience building demos, proof-of-concepts, reference implementations or customer-facing technical assets

Experience working with enterprise customers or strategic accounts

Experience contributing to software development projects or working closely with engineering teams

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, observability tools or DevOps workflows

Experience with AI, ML, data processing, high-performance computing or other demanding cloud workloads

Experience working across different teams, sites or time zones
