Job description
Baxter is seeking a Principal Full Stack Software Engineer in Raleigh, NC. You will design and build secure, scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise healthcare solutions.
The role emphasizes front- and back-end development, API design, and scalable architectures using C#/.NET Core, with containerization via Docker and Kubernetes. Prior medical device experience is a plus.
