Hillis-Carnes Engineering Associates (HCEA) seeks a seasoned geotechnical engineer to join our team in the Lehigh Valley region. The role focuses on hands-on geotechnical engineering, report preparation, field support, and mentoring junior staff across multiple public and private sector projects.
