Haley & Aldrich is seeking a Principal Geotechnical Engineer to lead high‑performing teams and cultivate deep client relationships in Northern California. The role supports leadership succession and expands government and transportation client relationships.
The position is full‑time and based in Walnut Creek or San Jose, CA, with travel as needed to pursue new opportunities and oversee complex dam/levee and infrastructure projects.
