Job description
HDR is seeking a Principal, Interiors to lead design excellence for interiors projects across the United States. The role can be located in Omaha, Kansas City, or Dallas, and involves guiding cross-disciplinary teams and collaborating with office leadership to win new projects.
You will mentor staff, manage client presentations, and ensure sustainable, health-focused design across projects while upholding HDR's collaborative, employee-owned culture.
