Rambus is seeking a Principal Logic Design Engineer to join its Silicon IP team in Hillsboro, Oregon. You will own micro-architecture and RTL design for memory controllers, collaborating with verification and physical design to deliver high-performance solutions for data centers and AI applications.
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days onsite and two days remote, and opportunities to work with a world-class team of engineers.
