Job description
Amtrak in Washington, DC is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer within the Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Sustained Engineering team to lead design, administration, and automation of enterprise collaboration platforms such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and Azure AD.
You will act as Tier 3 escalation, drive automation with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph, partner with stakeholders and security teams, and ensure platform stability, security, and performance for the Microsoft 365
