Job description
Molex is seeking a Senior Principal Hardware Engineer to drive high‑speed optical transceiver design in our Fremont office. You will lead architecture decisions, select components, and guide transformation from definition to production readiness for next‑generation telecom/datacom transceivers.
You will coordinate with optical, signal/ power integrity designers and manage supplier and customer interfaces to enable design wins and timely resolutions of technical challenges.
