Job description
IonQ is seeking a Principal Photonic Device Design Engineer to lead the design and development of semiconductor lasers and active photonic devices for heterogeneous platforms. You will define device architecture and roadmaps, and drive designs from concept through production qualification.
PhD in electrical engineering or related field with 5+ years (8+ years in industry) is required, with deep expertise in semiconductor lasers, III-V photonics, and integrated photonics, plus proven device
