Job description
Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Platform Engineer – Sales to lead the CXM platform evolution in a hybrid role based in the U.S., including Raritan, NJ. You will drive architecture, standards, and reusable services for AI-enabled sales experiences across MSD, Teams, Outlook, and Co-Pilot.
The role requires strong leadership of large teams, experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, and an enterprise AI ecosystem, and travel up to 20% within the region.
