Job description
Qualus is seeking a Principal Engineer - Power Systems to lead interconnection feasibility studies for generation, storage, demand, and transmission projects. You will optimize project size and location and develop power flow, dynamic and short circuit models to guide the study process.
This role requires 12+ years of Electrical Engineering experience in the power industry, with EMT modeling (PSCAD) and PSSE/PSLF tool proficiency, and familiarity with Eastern Interconnection, ERCOT, and WECC
