TS/SCI-FSP clearance required.
Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year.

Job Details
This Principal Presales Architect leads the design of complex technology solutions for Federal Government customers, aligning a broad portfolio of hardware, software, cloud, services, and third-party technologies to business and technical requirements. The role partners closely with sales and account teams to assess customer environments, develop future-state architectures, present strategic recommendations, and support opportunities through closure. The position also serves as a technical subject matter expert, mentoring teams and partners while providing insights into customer needs, market trends, and emerging technologies.
This is primarily a remote role with 1x weekly visits to customers in D.C. and up to 20% travel to customer sites as needed.
MUST HAVE
Active TS/SCI Clearance WITH a full-scope polygraph
BS in a related field
10+ years of infrastructure engineering/support and systems administration experience
5+ years of work with AI, cloud software (open source, containers, virtualization, system management) and hardware (server, storage, networking).
VMware Virtualization (ESXi, vCenter, NSX)
Kubernetes and containerized workloads
AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud infrastructure
Federal or DoD customer experience
NICE TO HAVE
AWS, Azure, or GCP architect certifications
KVM/libvirt
Certifications: VCP, RHCSA/RHCE, CKA/CKAD
Security+, CISSP, or CASP+
DevOps tools: Prometheus, Grafana, Ansible, Terraform
