Job description
Linktree is seeking a Principal Product Designer to lead and grow a small team of senior designers while remaining hands-on, owning some of the hardest problems, and setting design vision. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver cohesive experiences that help creators discover, organize, and share content.
This player‑coach role offers a path to broader leadership as the company scales, with a culture that values craft, collaboration, and impact.
