Job description
Educational Testing Service (ETS) invites applications for a Principal Research Scientist position focused on human capital development, workforce readiness, and economic mobility in an AI-enabled world. The role develops frameworks and evidence on skills, credentials, and assessments to inform educators, employers, and policymakers.
The successful candidate will lead a collaborative research program, mentor junior staff, and build partnerships with government, institutions, and industry. Ph.D.
