Job description
SpaceX's Starshield team seeks a Principal RFIC Design Engineer to develop next-generation RFICs for space and ground infrastructure. You will design, simulate, and lay out RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits in SiGe, GaAs, GaN, or CMOS processes, collaborating with system architects and ASIC engineers.
You will own packaging prototypes, test the prototypes, and work with production teams to qualify RFIC components and systems.
