Job description
United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer (STARSHIELD SILICON) to develop next-generation RFICs for space and ground infrastructures. You will design, simulate and verify RF/analog/mixed-signal circuits across SiGe, GaAs, GaN, or CMOS platforms, coordinating with architects and ASIC teams to optimize hardware and software partitions.
