Job description
GlobalFoundries in Malta, NY is seeking a seasoned Integration Engineer to own technology transfer and mass production readiness. You will collaborate with process modules, reliability teams and partners to deliver advanced technology with cost, quality and schedule targets.
The role requires a Bachelor's in EE, Materials Science or related field and at least 4 years of experience, including leading engineering teams and strong project management skills.
