Job description
Senior Principal Solutions ArchitectThe Senior Principal Solutions Architect will be responsible for identifying and closing new account opportunities in addition to managing customer relationships. The Senior Principal Solutions Architect will serve as an evangelist to enhance customer awareness of ZT's core competencies and capabilities including global services, managed services, cloud, and data center services. With ZTs strategic direction driving their objectives, the Senior Principal Solutions Architect will develop customer and segment acquisition strategies to grow ZTs overall portfolio and bottom line. The Senior Principal Solutions Architect will also provide valuable insights and recommendations to support their client's strategic initiatives. The goal of the Senior Principal Solutions Architect is to establish a pipeline of prospects and convert healthy opportunities into long term strategic customer relationships.Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, ecosystem partners, and others to understand roadmaps, offerings, technologies, incentives, and areas of joint opportunitiesResponsible for performing all aspects of Business DevelopmentConduct client presentations, estimation efforts, proposals, and negotiationsResponsible for driving revenues and go-to-market strategies identified as a good fit for their account portfolioWork closely with the Solutions Architect to build customized solutions pitches for the target accountConduct industry research and competitor analysisBuild and manage account plan for targeted accountsBuild and manage a segment plan for designated technologiesBachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering15+ years of relevant experience in server or a related industryStrong knowledge of data center technologies, future trends, and direction, including hyperscale industry competitorsStrong industry and customer relationships. Able to impact pipeline from day oneKnowledge of end-to-end managed Infrastructure Services go-to-market solutions a plusExperience with global delivery organizational selling and support processes a strong plusHands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentationsSolid business, analytical, and critical thinking skillsStrong skills in hands-on execution and project managementMust have a pragmatic, hands-on style, and the ability to think outside the boxStrong planning and priority-setting abilitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, presentation and influencing skillsExperienced at managing and delivering on time with multiple concurrent prioritiesMust have the ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and demanding environment.Ability to handle stressful situations with perseverance and professionalismProven ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationships with both internal partners and external clientsAbout ZT SystemsAt ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, you'll get to do work you are proud of alongside smart, passionate people.
