Its mission is ambitious: to make dangerous work optional by deploying the next generation of Physical AI and autonomous robotics.Noble Machines is seeking an experienced Principal Solutions Architect to become the trusted technical advisor its enterprise customers rely on, from the first discovery meeting through successful deployment and long-term adoption.If you enjoy solving complex technical challenges, influencing product strategy, and partnering with some of the world's most innovative industrial companies, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.The OpportunityThis is a highly strategic, customer-facing leadership role at the intersection of Engineering, Product, Sales, and Enterprise Customer Success.As Principal Solutions Architect, you will connect customer needs with Noble Machines' technical capabilities. You will design solutions, lead complex deployments, and ensure customers realize the full value of the company's robotics platform.You will play a critical role in accelerating enterprise adoption, shaping product direction, and developing scalable deployment practices. As the company grows, this position may also offer the opportunity to help build and lead an Application Engineering team.What You'll DoLead Enterprise Customer EngagementsServe as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers throughout the pre-sales and deployment lifecycleUnderstand customers' operational challenges and design scalable robotics solutionsBuild trusted relationships with technical and executive stakeholdersPresent complex technical concepts clearly to engineering teams and executive audiencesDrive Successful DeploymentsLead enterprise implementations from solution design through production deploymentDevelop deployment strategies, implementation plans, and technical success criteriaIdentify and mitigate technical risks throughout customer engagementsCreate repeatable deployment methodologies and implementation best practicesPartner Across the OrganizationCollaborate closely with Sales to accelerate technical evaluations and shorten sales cyclesPartner with Product Management to translate customer feedback into roadmap prioritiesWork alongside Engineering to solve complex deployment challenges and improve platform capabilitiesHelp scale customer success through process improvements and technical enablementInfluence Product StrategyCapture customer insights that inform future product developmentRecommend improvements that increase platform adoption and customer valueHelp establish Noble Machines as a trusted technology partner in industrial automation and Physical AIWhat You'll BringRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related technical discipline10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, application engineering, pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, enterprise implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical roleDemonstrated success leading complex enterprise deploymentsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive leadershipExperience collaborating across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer SuccessAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in a technical fieldExperience with robotics, Physical AI, industrial automation, Edge AI, autonomous systems, or automotive technologyComputer vision or perception-stack experienceBackground supporting complex enterprise software and hardware deploymentsExperience working with industrial customers in manufacturing, construction, mining, logistics, or energyInterest in eventually building and leading an Application Engineering teamWhat Success Looks LikeWithin your first year, you will:Lead multiple enterprise customer deployments from discovery through productionBuild trusted relationships that accelerate customer adoption and long-term successShorten technical sales cycles through strategic solution design and technical leadershipDevelop scalable deployment methodologies that support company growthInfluence product direction by bringing the voice of the customer into product planningBecome a trusted advisor to customers, executives, and cross-functional teamsCompensation and BenefitsBase salary of $200,000–$250,000+, depending on experienceAnnual performance bonus of 10%–15%Employer-matching 401(k) planCompany-subsidized medical coverage with PPO and HMO optionsCompany-subsidized dental and vision coverageCoverage options for employees and dependentsGenerous paid time off11 paid holidaysHybrid work environment in Sunnyvale, CaliforniaRelocation flexibility for qualified candidatesSignificant visibility and influence across the organizationOpportunity to work with cutting-edge AI and robotics technologyPotential to help build and lead an Application Engineering team as the organization growsMost benefits begin on the first day of the month following the employee's start date and are company-subsidized across all plan tiers, including employee and dependent coverage.Join Noble MachinesIf you're passionate about solving complex technical challenges, partnering with enterprise customers, and deploying groundbreaking AI-powered robotics at scale, we'd love to hear from you.
