Job description
As a Principal/Sr. Principal Data Scientist, you will lead the development and implementation of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions to drive business growth and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes. You will also be responsible for mentoring and leading junior data scientists and engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of machine learning and predictive analytics solutions to drive business growth and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes.
Mentor and lead junior data scientists and engineers to develop their skills and expertise.
Develop and maintain complex data pipelines and models to support business needs.
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in machine learning and predictive analytics.
Requirements:
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in machine learning and predictive analytics.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful machine learning and predictive analytics solutions.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
Experience with AWS and cloud-based technologies.
