Job description
Lilly is seeking a principal reliability engineer to build self-healing automation and durable fixes for a multi-application production estate. You will author runbooks, lead root-cause analyses, and partner with the agentic automation and operations teams to ensure safe, scalable reliability in a regulated environment.
You will contribute to chaos testing, design patterns, and incident response while ensuring change-control and audit readiness within Lilly's governed environments.
