Job description
Northrop Grumman Corp. seeks a Principal Systems Engineer – E3 to provide technical leadership across electromagnetic environmental effects for complex aerospace systems. You will translate customer E3 needs into hardware and software specifications while balancing schedule and cost.
You will guide cross-disciplinary reviews, develop E3 guidelines, and mentor junior engineers. Expect rigorous design work, EMI/EMC analyses, and collaboration with program teams in a fast-paced environment.
